Belief Code
An energy-based approach focused on identifying and releasing subconscious beliefs and self-limiting patterns.
The Belief Code is the most recent addition to Dr. Bradley Nelson's system, building on the Emotion Code and Body Code with a specific focus on what practitioners call subconscious beliefs — negative self-concepts, limiting beliefs, and inherited or absorbed belief systems believed to be stored energetically. Using muscle testing, practitioners identify specific beliefs from a structured list and use magnet or meridian work to release them. It is the most psychologically oriented of Nelson's three systems. Its mechanisms are not scientifically established, and it is best understood as an energy-based complementary approach rather than a clinical intervention.
Muscle testing–based work aimed at clearing subconscious belief systems and inherited patterns.
What to expect: Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can be conducted in person or remotely. Muscle testing is used to identify specific beliefs from a structured framework, and magnet or hand strokes complete the release process. Sessions are quiet and do not involve extensive verbal exploration. Because this is the newest of the three Nelson systems, fewer practitioners specialize in it exclusively — many offer it integrated with Emotion Code or Body Code work. An initial series of 3–5 sessions gives you a sense of what to expect. Pay attention to any shifts in thought patterns, emotional reactivity, or sense of self between sessions.
