Burnout Recovery Coaching
Coaching focused on recovery from prolonged stress, pacing, and rebuilding routines.
Burnout recovery coaching focuses on the practical and experiential process of recovering from prolonged, depleting stress. It addresses the specific challenges of burnout — including low motivation, difficulty returning to old routines, decision fatigue, and the need to rebuild capacity gradually. It is coaching, not therapy, and focuses on pacing, prioritization, and sustainable change.
Coaching for rebuilding capacity, pacing, and sustainable routines after burnout.
What to expect: Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, often every two weeks during active recovery. The pace is deliberately slow — a good burnout coach will not push for quick results. Work includes identifying what depletes and what restores, restructuring commitments, and building sustainable practices. Burnout recovery is rarely linear and rarely fast. After 6–8 sessions, have an honest conversation with your coach about what is rebuilding, what still feels depleted, and whether the pace of the work feels right for where you are.
