Chakra-Based Energy Work
Energy-based work that uses chakra frameworks for balance and insight.
Chakra-based energy work draws on the traditional framework of chakras — energy centers in the body from various Indian traditions — to assess and support balance. Practitioners may use hands-on or near-body techniques, visualization, sound, or movement. It is an experiential, non-diagnostic approach with roots in ancient tradition.
