Clinical Herbalism
Plant-based support rooted in traditional and modern herbal practice.
Clinical herbalism uses plants — as teas, tinctures, capsules, or other preparations — to support health. Qualified clinical herbalists have substantial training in both plant medicine and in how herbs interact with human physiology. They take individualized approaches rather than recommending single herbs based on symptoms. Clinical herbalism can work well as a complement to other care.

What to expect: Initial consultations are typically 60–90 minutes. A clinical herbalist takes a detailed health history and considers your whole picture before recommending specific plants. Preparations are individualized. Follow-up sessions track response and adjust formulas as needed. Herbal protocols typically need 4–8 weeks to show meaningful effect. After 6–8 weeks, review with your herbalist what is shifting — energy, digestion, sleep — and adjust the formula as needed.
