Integrative Coaching
Coaching that blends structure with personal insight to support forward movement.
Integrative coaching draws from multiple coaching frameworks — and often from psychology, somatic work, or systems thinking — to support movement toward a person's goals. It is not a fixed protocol but an adaptive approach that holds both structure and exploration. The goal is clarity, decision-making, and sustainable forward movement.
Coaching that combines structure, self-awareness, and forward momentum.
What to expect: Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, usually every two weeks. The coach works with your goals and what is in the way — including emotional, habitual, and structural factors. Integrative coaching is more flexible than pure action-coaching but more structured than open-ended therapeutic work. Most coaching relationships find their rhythm within 4–6 sessions. After that point, have an explicit conversation with your coach about what is moving, what feels stuck, and what your goals are for the next phase.
Good fit for: You want support that holds both structure and depth, You are generally functional and want to move toward something specific, You want forward movement alongside self-awareness, You are not dealing with clinical mental health concerns that require therapy
Explore for: Feeling stuck or unclear about direction, Decision fatigue or difficulty choosing between competing paths, Life transitions that require both reflection and action, Goals that feel hard to make progress on despite motivation, Wanting coaching that holds more than just action plans
Not the right fit if: You need clinical mental health support, You are in acute crisis, You want a passive, receiving experience, You are looking for purely action-focused accountability without depth
How to choose a practitioner: Ask about their coaching background — integrative coaches often have training in multiple frameworks Look for an ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC) as a baseline indicator of training Ask how they balance structure with exploration in their sessions
