Lifestyle Medicine Coaching
Structured support around habits that influence energy, stress, and long-term wellbeing.
Lifestyle medicine coaching focuses on the six pillars most associated with long-term health and wellbeing: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of harmful substances. It is structured, practical, and accountable — designed for people who know what they want to change but need support with consistency and follow-through.
Structured coaching around the lifestyle habits that drive energy, stress, and long-term health.
What to expect: Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, usually on a regular cadence (weekly or biweekly). The coach works with you to identify priority areas, set specific goals, and track progress. Between-session accountability is usually a part of the structure. This is coaching, not medical care. Most people see meaningful habit change after 8–12 consistent sessions. Check in with your coach every 4–6 sessions about what is sticking, what is slipping, and whether your goals need to be recalibrated.
