Polarity Therapy
An energy-based framework that may include gentle touch and balancing practices.
Polarity Therapy, developed by Randolph Stone, is a system that works with the flow of energy in the body through gentle touch, movement, and awareness. It draws from Eastern and Western traditions and includes hands-on work, exercises, and nutritional guidance. It is more structured than some energy approaches and has its own full-spectrum theoretical framework.
A structured energy framework combining gentle touch, movement, and awareness.
What to expect: Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes and may include gentle touch in various positions, simple movements, and discussion. The practitioner works with multiple elements of the system rather than just one technique. It can feel like a combination of light bodywork and coaching. Most practitioners work in a series of 4–8 sessions. After the first few, check in about what you are noticing and whether the work feels like it is addressing your concerns.
