The Wellness Registry is operated by JGEssentials LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
What we collect from visitors
When you submit an introduction request, we collect your name, email address, message, and consent confirmation, used only to forward your introduction and send a confirmation email. The contact form collects name, email, subject, and message, used only to respond to your inquiry.
What we collect from practitioners
Practitioners provide their name, email, a hashed password, interview answers that form their public profile, an optional photo, and credentials, location, and modality information. Email addresses are kept private and never shown to visitors. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
Usage analytics
We collect basic usage data directly and through Google Analytics, aggregated and not used to identify you personally. See our Cookie policy for opt-out details.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database and photo storage), Resend (transactional email), OpenAI (profile text generation from interview answers), Stripe (subscription payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (traffic analytics). Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, build advertising profiles from it, or send marketing emails.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, including additional rights under the CCPA for California residents. Email hello@thewellnessregistry.com to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
