The Wellness Registry helps you discover wellness practitioners and submit introduction requests. We do not recommend specific practitioners, endorse outcomes, or take part in sessions, agreements, or payments between you and a practitioner.
We list, we do not vouch
Practitioners have completed our review process, which checks for honest representation, clear scope of practice, and the absence of medical claims — not a certification of skill, safety, or results. You are responsible for deciding whether a practitioner is a good fit.
Interactions are your responsibility
Any agreement you enter with a practitioner, including payment and scheduling, is between you and them. The Wellness Registry is not a party to that agreement and is not the right place to seek resolution if something goes wrong.
Not a substitute for medical care
Practitioners listed here offer complementary wellness support and are not medical professionals unless explicitly stated. If you are dealing with a medical issue, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Introduction requests
When you submit an introduction request, your name, email, and message are passed directly to the practitioner. Submitting a request is free.
