What the Wellness Registry is
The Wellness Registry is a directory platform that lists independent wellness practitioners and helps visitors find and contact them. We do not employ, train, supervise, or direct any practitioner listed here.
Eligibility
This platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Practitioner independence
Practitioners are independent — they set their own rates, methods, and availability, and are not agents or employees of JGEssentials LLC. Our review checks for clear, accurate self-presentation, not a certification of quality or outcomes.
Visitor and practitioner responsibility
Visitors are responsible for their own decisions about which practitioners to contact or engage. Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, the services they deliver, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Practitioners also agree to the Practitioner Agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or spam introduction requests, harass or solicit practitioners, access unauthorized parts of the platform, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer, liability, and governing law
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. JGEssentials LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform or interactions with listed practitioners, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
